Youth organization
We maintain and highly appreciate the initiatives of the young employees and their active participation in the company life. We give them possibilities for self-realization and making their input in the territory development, at which they live and work.
Already for 16 years on the enterprise there is a youth organization of Metafrax. The priority areas of the organization are: social supports of the veterans, participation in the charity events, business games with students of universities and schools, mass cultural events and sports competitions.
Working together we create our future and make it better for the people around.
