On January 31, 2024, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Metafrax Chemicals, JSC decided to place the powers of the sole executive body of Metafrax Chemicals, JSC under the management of Roskhim, JSC since February 1, 2024.
In accordance with the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the person entitled to act on behalf of Metafrax Chemicals, JSC without a power of attorney is Rokhim, JSC represented by its General Director, Eduard Davydov. Albert Khudaibirdin was appointed as Managing director for production of Metafrax Chemicals, JSC.
The powers of Metafrax Chemicals, JSC as a management organization in relation to its subsidiaries included in the Metafrax Group will be carried out.
The Roskhim company emphasized that it is aimed at ensuring the further successful implementation of the production and investment plans of Metafrax Chemicals, JSC. The company will continue to fulfill its obligations to counterparties, creditors and employees.
